Top up weeks

Sleep is not linear and can be impacted by change, developmental bounds and environment. I offer top up weeks for all the families I work with.

£60 for a week of support

£75 for a week of support plus a 30 mins phone call

0 - 4 months

Ideal for new parents who are wanting to be educated on what is normal when it comes to newborn sleep.

I will be there to guide you through the day. To help you understand more about your baby's individual sleep rhythm and wake windows, and to figure out the best approach to support your newborn for naps, bedtime and night wakings.

How I Have Helped:

I reached out to Lydia when my baby was 6 weeks old.  After receiving lots of conflicting information, I felt completely overwhelmed with sleep!

The newborn package was a perfect introduction to sleep for me.  Lydia guided me through those early weeks, whilst gentling reassuring, encouraging and educating me.
