How I Have Helped:

I reached out to Lydia when my baby was 6 weeks old.  After receiving lots of conflicting information, I felt completely overwhelmed with sleep!

The newborn package was a perfect introduction to sleep for me.  Lydia guided me through those early weeks, whilst gentling reassuring, encouraging and educating me.
